Gravy

You can make gravy like this, although it does turn out lumpy I still think it is a good gravy recipe to keep on hand.

Combine in a small saucepan:

3 cups beef broth

1 teaspoon onion powder

Bring to a boil, then reduce the temperature to a simmer.

Then whisk in,

2 tbsp flour

Allow to simmer until it thickens.
