Mini White Cake Topped With Blueberries

For this recipe you will need a small microwave safe bowl.

Start by cracking an egg into the bowl.

Whisk it, and then add:

2 tbsp water

1 tsp butter

3 tbsp flour

5 tsp sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp baking powder

Mix well, and then microwave for 1 minute 20 seconds.

Zap 1/2 cup frozen blueberries for 1 minute in a separate bowl and pour on top. You can use any kind of berries that you like.
